Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that clearance items and earrings are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number for peace of mind.

  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or exchange within 3-5 business days via your original contact method.
